Seda Dance Prayer Classes are Mediative Movement Sessions to Calm the Mind, Relax the Body and Re-Energise Yourself from the Inside Out.
This is the opening of my new creation: Dance Prayer -Movement & Affirmations.
It’s a special (4 weeks) fascinating 90 min class for you to come and really connect and get grounded. To take a deep breath and relax the body and calm the mind.
When something does not go right and does not feel right in your life! Immediately go back to yourself. Sit in silence, feel your feelings, observe the feelings do not run from these feelings, slowly get in touch and connect with your feelings.
Feel pain, anger, fear, aggression, not settled, worried, uncertain, guilt, shame or more???
If you feel negative emotions and do not acknowledge them working to release them, they build up and you eventually get sick and if left unchecked lead to disease.
Dance prayer classes allow you to take responsibility of your personal wellbeing in a nurturing and safe environment to learn how to listen to the body and the mind to prevent or cure sickness in the mind and the body! If we want to have an enriching quality life, we have to educate and heal ourselves, to truly have and maintain our personal power!?
